Where we ship

Canada, the United States, and these countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Czechia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Mexico.

Shipping is included in the price, which is why the price depends on where the book is going. You pick the destination before checkout, and the address you enter at checkout must be in that region.

How long it takes

• Custom books: your pages are made within a few hours of ordering (longer if a page needs your pick), then printed in about 3 to 5 business days.
• Volume 1: printed to order in about 3 to 5 business days.
• Then delivery: usually 5 to 10 business days in Canada and the US, and up to 3 weeks elsewhere.

Books are printed by our print partner, Lulu, at the facility nearest you. We email you when your book goes to the printer, when it’s printing, and when it ships (with tracking). Tracking also appears in My books.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax is added at checkout where we are registered. Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival; these are paid by the buyer.

Returns and refunds

• Every book is printed just for you, so printed and delivered books can’t be returned or refunded.
• AI-made pages depend on the drawings and photos you upload and are partly outside our control (see our terms), so the look of a page isn’t grounds for a refund.
• Damaged, misprinted or lost? Email ben@eaglevisionvideo.ca within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if it never arrived), with your order number and photos. We’ll reprint and reship it free.
• PDF downloads can’t be refunded once downloaded.
